    Work with free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, and more. Release the beast. Full body workout. Learn how to use weights and other equipment. No experience required. Non-Boxing Class.

    Not your typical yoga class. Give your body the TLC it needs, enhance your flexibility, posture and strength. Incorporate good stretching and breathing exercises to maximize your recovery and compliment your boxing. Made for beginners but tailored to all. Yoga mats are recommended.
